Hannover HCI at UbiComp 2015

We will present a short paper and a poster at UbiComp 2015. We are especially happy that a project of three students from our Current Topics in Human–Computer Interaction class will be shown as a poster. Hatice, Markus, and Oliver augmented an IKEA KLIPPAN sofa with several electrodes and then applied machine learning to the capacitive sensor values in order to distinguish several postures. People sitting on the couch could then control a smart room and, for example, change the lights.
